Jim Godbout Plumbing and Heating installed a comprehensive Mitsubishi heat pump system throughout Northern Light Health's Gary's House in Portland, Maine, a multi-story residential facility. The project included four separate multi-zone outdoor condenser units serving different areas of the building: a 5-zone system for the first floor, a 3-zone system for second floor caretaker rooms and third floor, and two additional 3-zone systems for the second and third floor bedrooms. The installation featured a mix of wall-mounted ductless units and a ducted system with period-style floor registers for heating and cooling throughout all three floors, providing year-round comfort for residents with Hyper Heat technology capable of operation down to -13°F.
