Thanks to Jim's leadership and the dedication of hundreds of volunteers, Waterhouse Field reopened in time for the fall 2017 sports season. The project stands as a testament to what's possible when technical expertise meets community spirit—values that define Jim Godbout Plumbing & Heating's approach to every project.

The 2017 renovation of Biddeford's Waterhouse Field represents one of our most significant community contributions. When the historic field was condemned due to unsafe conditions, Jim—serving as president of the Waterhouse Field Alumni Association—stepped forward to coordinate a community-wide renovation effort.
Working closely with the city, school department, and hundreds of volunteers, Jim donated his services as general contractor for this complex project. His ability to organize resources, coordinate specialized contractors, and manage construction timelines—the same skills we bring to every plumbing and heating project—ensured that this beloved community asset would continue serving future generations.
